Essens Perfumes Refund Policy

Overview

Essens Perfumes Refund Policy consists of 3 circumstances under which refunds are made.

30 day guarantee: Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days if you have opened the product to try it. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

90 day guarantee: If the product is unopened and unused then the refund and returns policy last 90 days from purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Faulty or defective goods: Products that are defective can be returned for a period up to 24 months.

Exemptions

Some goods are exempt from being returned. Goods purchased in any sale cannot be returned.

Additional non-returnable items:

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, along with a covering letter indicating on what basis the products are being returned.

Return the product, either in person or by post to your local branch. We recommend using a tracked service for your return.

Incomplete orders

All our work stations are monitored by CCTV cameras, but in the unlikely event where an order arrives with missing products, please contact us immediately by email to the office of supply. (the address is on your invoice).

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days.

Shipping costs will not be refunded except for claims under the faulty or defective goods policy.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at the supplying office. Contact details are on your invoice and on the respective offices website.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We do not replace items. In the event the product is still required please reorder.

Shipping returns

To return your product, within the UK you should mail your product to Essens UK at the address on their website. Outside the UK, the office which originally supplied your order. The address can be found either on your invoice, on the website of the supplying branch and on any email correspondence received directly from them.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
