Team Leadership with Essens offers a brilliant opportunity for everyone. There is no fee to become a sponsor. In fact, the moment you join Essens gives all members a sponsor ID and registration link the moment they join. Regardless of status, you can introduce others to the business immediately.
In return, Essens pays monthly commission bonuses. These payments depend on the total group sales volume from you and your team. Below, we outline exactly how team leadership works and how you can turn your Essens business into a rewarding career.

The First Marketing Plan: Building Your Foundation
The First Marketing Plan builds your Essens business foundation. This system uses simple points: every product you or your team members order carries a specific value. For example, a 50ml bottle of perfume typically equals 12 points.
Each month, Essens totals your group points (your points plus your teams points) to calculate your commission level. Note: you must personally order at least 20 points each month to qualify for team commissions.
Commission Levels and Average Monthly Earnings
The following table outlines the points needed for each level and what you can expect to earn on average from your team’s volume:

How You Are Paid
You earn an extra percentage based on your personal points. This is additional to your retail profit. Furthermore, Essens pays you a bonus based on the ‘percentage difference’ between your level and your team’s level.
Example: You are at the 17% level and you have 100 personal points from your own sales. Essens will pay you 17% of those points (i.e an extra £17). In addition, if you have a team member at the 9% level (above 1200 pts), you earn an 8% commission bonus (17% minus 9%) on that member’s total group points. If you have a member at 0% (under 100 points), you earn the full 17% of whatever their points are.
Why the “Key Positions” Matter
You’ll notice that 17% and 25% are highlighted as Key Positions. These are major milestones in your career:
- 17% Manager: You gain your first taste of true leadership here. At this level, you qualify for the Standard Car Programme and the annual 7-day all-expenses-paid trip to Turkey.
- 25% Manager: When you reach this level it signifies a very stable business. You unlock the Premium Car Programme and an invitation to the exclusive Essens Anniversary Gala, held in a different glamorous European city each year.
The Second Marketing Plan: Mastering Global Leadership
Once you nurture successful leaders, the Second Marketing Plan opens up. This plan rewards those who build stable, high-performing teams. Specifically, it offers you a share of the company’s global turnover.
Instead of just earning from your direct group volume, at this point, you qualify for a share of the company’s total global monthly turnover. Essens calculates this through a ‘point’ system, based on the number of successful legs you’ve helped reach the 17% level (with at least 4,000 points).
Key Leadership Positions
To qualify for these positions, you must place a personal order each month of 100 points and, additionally, you support your team members in reaching their own milestones.

Bonuses are cumulative, for example, if you are at the Platinum Manager level you will also receive all the bonuses you qualify for under the Gold Manager Plan. Bonuses vary depending on Essens Global monthly total turnover and the number of qualifying managers each month. Typically, a Gold Manager with 3 legs at 4000 pts would receive an additional £600 that month, and additionally an extra £300 for each leg at 4000 pts. This is in addition to bonuses from the 1st marketing plan.
Similarly, a platinum manager would typically receive £800 bonus for 3 legs at 10,000 pts, and £400 for each additional leg at 10,000 pts. Bonuses are paid in addition to Gold Manager bonuses and bonuses from the 1st marketing plan.

The Third Marketing Plan provides the ultimate reward for consistency. Essentially, while the first two plans build monthly income, this plan acts like a ’13th-month salary’. Consequently, Essens rewards leaders who maintain success throughout the entire year.
How the Annual Bonus Works
This exclusive plan is available to Gold Managers and above. To qualify, you must hold your leadership position for at least nine months of the calendar year. The total pot consists of 1% of the annual global turnover. Your share then increases based on your rank:
